Open House Found ("we," "us," or "our") provides tools for real estate professionals to create, manage, promote, and share open house listings. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the service.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name and email address; profile or brokerage information; property, listing, image, contact, and open-house information you submit; and technical or usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

2. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Open House Found does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own policies.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, publish and manage listings, support QR-code and promotional features, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve Open House Found.

4. Public listings

Information intentionally included in a public open house listing may be visible to visitors and shared through links or QR codes. Do not place confidential or sensitive information in public listing fields.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may use hosting, database, authentication, payment, communications, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed to service providers, when directed by you, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or when required by law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update certain account and billing information through available tools and may contact us for privacy or account assistance. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children's privacy

Open House Found is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under 13.
