Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Open House Found. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Open House Found provides software tools for creating, managing, promoting, discovering, and sharing open house information, including public listing pages, QR codes, promotional tools, dashboards, and paid features.

2. Not a real estate brokerage

Open House Found is a technology platform and is not a real estate brokerage, broker, agent, escrow provider, lender, inspector, appraiser, or party to a real estate transaction. Users remain responsible for professional activities, licensing, disclosures, advertising compliance, representations, and transactions.

3. Accounts and content

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity through your account. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Open House Found a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service and publish listings you choose to make available.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; publish knowingly fraudulent, discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful material; interfere with service security; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; or use the platform for spam or deceptive activity.

5. Pro subscription and recurring billing

Open House Found Agent Pro is offered at the price displayed at checkout, currently $29.99 per month. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method each billing period until cancellation. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the available billing portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Paid features remain available through that date and the next renewal will not be charged. Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Pricing, availability, and third parties

We may modify features, plans, or pricing, with notice when legally required for existing recurring subscriptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe, whose services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, condition, or suitability of any property, listing, open house, user, lead, transaction, or third-party information.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
